I still haven't received shipment of an order I made two weeks ago and all I've been getting from them this week have been promises made, promises broken, and excuses.   6. You inspired me to try Carnivore and now I do the same. I’m Carnivore during the week and will “cheat” with a Keto food on the weekends. Do you find that Keto foods will now upset your stomach when you eat them on the weekends?

FYI, assuming you were working out fasted, Thomas Delauer strongly advises AGAINST taking BCAAs when fasting, because it will break your fast! He just mentioned this in one of his IF Challenge vids. Your coffee mug is SO CLEVER!

  8. Yes I would certainly like to see the exercise video's, I think it would help to see the whole regime that helped you lose so much weight and look so good! I loved the trying on of the clothes too. Some things may be difficult or expensive to obtain in the UK but hopefully we can find substitutes. Congratulations on how far you have come and thank you so much for being so open and honest throughout your journey. You are a beautiful person too, your family must be so proud! 🙂

  9. Any suggestions with doing keto if I don’t like a lot of meat? I love chicken and turkey bacon, hamburger sometimes. My worry is getting in the fat I would need if I am eating lean meats

    Years ago I signed up for a month of weekly learner sessions. First time was fun, second time was more difficult and third time nearly killed me. My poor stomach muscles.
    Sure, it looks sweet and simple. But below skin level it's a real workout.
    I never went back for my fourth session.

  12. I find it hard to find the time to watch your videos and others due to the hours not being long enough during the day. I already have to watch videos at 2 times the speed and sometimes still have to advance the videos. This isn't only for your videos but also for the other keto videos I like to keep up with. The only one that I can't speed up too fast is Thomas Delauer because he talks fast. I love learning from all of you. I work 24/7. I am about to be 56. My workout isn't the same as your workout. I think people would make better use of their time actually working out themselves instead of sitting at the computer watching videos of others working out. My workout involves 2 1/2 hours in a swimming pool sometimes and sometimes it's walking 4.5 miles. It just depends on what I get time for.
